Duties and Responsibilities:

To estimate and price construction and office refurbishment works for Active’s clients.

Principal Accountabilities:

To formulate a Scope of Works (if none provided) from Site Visits and drawings

Ravel Flexibility is an absolute must – Locations for Site visits are GLOBAL

Take off quantities from drawings

To carry out Site Survey Visits, measure and quantify the works

To price all elements of the works from pricing data, suppliers quotations and sub contract quotations on our Excel program

Prepare and send out sub-contractor packages

To carry out Monthly Valuations on the larger contracts, raise Invoices

To attend site visits and meetings as and when required

To formulate and update on a regular basis a quote register of submitted and proposed tenders

On a regular basis, chase up submitted tenders with the clients

The role will involve some travel

Liaison with clients and staff of Active FM at all levels

Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
