CONTRACTS MANAGER

Must be willing to travel UK and Europe

​

The ideal candidate for the role of Contracts Manager would have plenty of knowledge of the Construction Industry, CDM regulations and also Health & Safety.

 

The Main Responsibilities of the role consist of:

  • Understanding of the JCT

  • Able to estimate and price work

  • Able to manage every aspect of a job from 25k up to 2m

  • To manage sub-contractors

  • To quantify and order materials

  • Able to prepare valuations

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent Organization is key to this role

  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly at all levels

  • Excellent written and verbal ability

  • Great administrative skills

  • Ability to multi-task and run projects concurrently

  • Good leadership skills

  • Have a friendly and approachable manner

  • Have a desire to grow alongside the company
