CONTRACTS MANAGER
Must be willing to travel UK and Europe

The ideal candidate for the role of Contracts Manager would have plenty of knowledge of the Construction Industry, CDM regulations and also Health & Safety.
The Main Responsibilities of the role consist of:

Understanding of the JCT

Able to estimate and price work
-
Able to manage every aspect of a job from 25k up to 2m
-
To manage sub-contractors
-
To quantify and order materials
-
Able to prepare valuations
